[Worklog] Lian's Spirit
![]() Hi folks, I'm to present you my new project ![]() This will be a long term project, without any prediction of when is ready. I'm gonna start to adventure into a new world of modding where all work will be done by me. I will use machinery that had never tried before, so i have still to practice to become the results that i pretend. The project consist in a full interior reconstruction and paint job of the chassis Didn't have nothing programmed for the hardware, only the WC system is more or less defined. I pretend to mount two 240mm radiators on the bottom and maybe one 120mm rad next to the board. I intend to create a system ready for dual loop, but that are still things I have study before. Leaving the conversation and passing to the photos: ![]() ![]() My workshop where all the work will done ![]() ![]() However got a lot of work to do, first thing to start will be the "middle" tray divides Psu / radiators of the rest. ![]() ![]() Acrylics i will use and Tray + tray holders already cut out. Basically most of the interior will be white acrylic with some parts in black too ![]() Already in test and measurement ![]() ![]() ![]() Still under development, Hdd cage for 3 discs with Hot-Swap system ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() two new toys, sander and drill ![]() M3 screws, countersunk and button head Rivet countersunk and dome head ![]() HDD cage already in final state ![]() ![]() Holders for the Hot Swap connectors ![]() Middle tray holders already finished ![]() The mess after some work, acrylic everywhere ![]() Middle tray already fixed and one of the rad supports done, just missing three more ![]() ![]() ![]() 3 router bits, radius round over and straight cut ![]() ![]() Acrylic with 1 cm of thickness just for a quick test ![]() ![]() After a couple of minutes sanding with a 1200 grit. Just need some polishing and pass a bit with a blowtorch to make it shiny again ![]() tray guide, made for easy remove of the board tray like lian li style but more beautiful.... ![]() ![]() Guide already fixed and tray on his place ![]() ![]() Brackets for the radiators finished. Made in order to give more stability to the middle tray, just missing to fix the brackets on the bottom and ready to mount the rads ![]() ![]() New part that divide the mobo from the hdd / 3.5 drive bays ![]() ![]() ![]() Comb for 24 pins cable, to make a better cable management and give a more cleaner look as well ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Some led's to make it shine ![]() ![]() ![]() And one more comb for 8 pins connector ![]() ![]() kind of a gutter that stays between the rads to give a better cable management ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Middle tray finish ![]() ![]() I hope you guys enjoy my work, ive got still a lot to do to have this build finish... Best regards Bumbeldi |

I'm honestly blown away by the quality of your work so far, it is like Atilla but with acrylic. I love all the custom parts, even for things that won't be seen like the cable channel.
I will be following this log with great interest! Have Fun, SPNKR
