Help with HTPC build for £300

Hi,
As the title suggests I am trying to build an HTPC for around £300 with the main purpose of streaming HD films/videos from my home server but also to do general MS Office type stuff as well

So here goes…

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 400e (already have this floating about)
HDD: Already have 120GB one to use

MOBO: ASUS M4A785-M £56.27
RAM: Corsair TwinX XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) £47.16
GRAPHICS: Integrated
CPU COOLER: Standard / no idea
OPTICAL: LG GH22NS50 £16.67
CASE: Antec NSK 2480 £84.99
PSU: Antec 380W inc with case
WIRELESS: Netgear RangeMax WN111-100GES £41.81
OS: Windows 7 £42.95

Total £289.85

Any comments / suggestions? Do you think this will be up to the task of streaming/playing HD?

I was also thinking about getting one of these – has anyone used something like this before?
