I've had a blue-tooth watch (SE/Fossil MBW-100) for well over a year (worked well with my old SE phone, just wished it worked with the iphone I upgraded to).

Powerdrain isn't all that bad (or at least it wasn't all that bad when I could connect it to my phone), it would need recharging about every 3 weeks (with the analog part of the watch running for a further week), without using the bluetooth it now lasts about 2+ months.

Make it to the mobile phones and you have a winner, having bluetooth on without the same amount of power draw it's a win-win for everyone.
