Useful plugins and what they do?

Hey I was reading about the sketchup plugins in another thread and I was wondering what they do. Could any experts please post there favourite plugins and explain what exactly they do.
Thanks.
PS could you please provide a link where possible to download it

One of my favourites is soap skin bubble, It makes it really easy to skin really complex shapes. It can be a little tricky to get used to though, Heres a quick example.

That is awesome. I hate when sketchup does that. Do you have a link for download?

See CAD Addict for lots of useful Sketchup plug-in's with descriptions included. I really like TIG's collection.

LOL, Its not the easiest to use but once you understand how it works its not too bad,

The easiest way to learn is play, If you start by drawing a square as a floor and then add 2 walls to it, doesnt matter which sides you place the walls on.

When you've got a floor and 2 walls just draw something on each of the faces so that they all join up, Basically your creating a loop across 3 surfaces.

Once you have that delete everything so you're left with just the loop, Highlight the loop

Click the skin button and it will place a grid over the selection the default value is 10 but if you want finer detail you can up it. Press enter and the grid will be 'stretched' to fit the loop.

You can then use the 'bub' button to inflate/deflate the skin by changing the value shown in the right of the screen and hitting enter. If you try to inflate/deflate too much it'll probably crash so up it slowly

If you're still having trouble PM me and ill sort out some pics for you to look at.

I'm hitting enter after everything because otherwise nothing happens anyway.
