Fractal Define Mini: 210 x 395 x 490mm (WxHxD)
Beast (Antec P180 Mini): 283 x 510 x 515 mm (WxHxD)

So smaller than the Beast all round.

The Define Mini looks great, can't wait for a review.

Looks like an improvement over the Mini P180 in every way.. It's a shame that the only way for me to get one is to order from Canada (Is NCIX still the only place selling Fractal Design products to Americans?)

I am not fully sold that a full length GPU can fit there comfortably even after removing the top HDD cage.

But I am sure they have thought of that. Looking at it for a potential next upgrade..

they know that cooling is an issue with small cases so they put in 6 fan mounts but i don't see any dust filters? If it's a bottom mounted PSU with no dust filter then they're mad.

Nice, but the first photo of the article should have included a coke can or something to give a sense of scale

Looks like my current F.D. "array" case is on it's way... mine has/ is having problems with the 12v line dropping to 8 V, so a bit more room for an ATX PSU is a good thing IMHO.

For a µATX this case is way too big compared to an Antec Threehundred with 205 x 457 x 465 mm or even better a LianLi PC-A05 with 210 x 381 x 490 mm, which are both fullATX-towers.

A Sugo SG30 is what I call a real µATX-case with 200 x 360 x 312 mm. Space for 2x 3.5"HDD + 1x 5.1/4" optical and you can even fit GPUs of up to 10.5". A H50 or H70 for cooling the CPU and voila you've even rexolved the issue of the PSU-positioning not allowing for big coolers.

I'm not impressed at all tbh and would rather buy a normal sized Define R3 instead.

Was looking at buying Mini P180 but I'll be buying this case instead. Looks a lot nicer and having the power button on top rather than behind the door seals the deal.

Aside from the array R2, ive got to say im not a fan of any of fractals cases. Its nice to see a unified look to the whole range, but id like to see something new tbh, not just smaller/bigger versions of the same case.

I hope the other side panel is removable with easy access to the CPU area...

Im sick and tired of cases that force me to remove the whole motherboard to install a bracket for cpu cooler upgrades.
