Project: Silent Shadow

Hi all here at Bit-Tech!

Iīm new here and have a project that I would like to present to you!

Let me introduce Project Silent Shadow, This is my first Modding project.
The main thing with this project is that Iīm going to build a computer chassi from ground up.
The color theme that the build have is Black and Red, I will also try to keep it as clean as possible. I will also make this an all watercooled build.

The chassi is going to be made out of aluminum, what methods I will be using to get all the cheetmetal as I want, I will have to figure that out as I go.

The hardware That is going in to this build will come during everything but I know one thing and that is the PSU that the Swedish company Fractal Design is sponsoring with, itīs an Newton R2 800W, witch I will be sleeving.

Hope that this is making some Bit-Tech members interested in following my journey.

Keep in touch updates is coming soon

Excuse my English, itīs not all good but I hope you understand what Iīm writing.

Big thanks to:

Hi bro! be sure to get those pictures I know you have uploaded in this thread! It's against the Bit-tech rules to start a worklog without a build, and the only way for us to know you have one is from pictures. :-D

Okey so here the long expected update:

there will be more of them soon

Fractal Designs Newton R2 800W:

Some pictures when I was sleeving the 24 pin:

24 pin done:

And now some PCI-E kabels have to be sleeved:

In lack of real tools a couple of staples had to do the trick:

Now to some pictures of the finished cables.

And here we have the aluminum that will become the case

Stay tuned more is coming!

/Patrik

Long awaited update!:D

So it was some time since the last update in this project so itīs about time!

So what has happened since the last update?

Yeah some waterblocks from EKwaterblocks, The Bitspower fittings and even another XFX 5870 has arrived to my door.

But the biggest thing this time is that the first cuts has been done in the aluminum.

Enough Talking, time for some pictures hope they looks better then before.

We start of with the shipment from EK, the onlything that is missing is the waterblock and backplate for graficscard number 2 that arrived after the pictures was taken, so it might appear later on.

Got some fashion advise from EK:P

5870 V2 backplate:

That was the EK shipment.
Next up is Bitspower
