the iPhone app working fine here. but can't chat to contacts, can't go straight into contact's current server, and no iPad version.

also, the commenting box doesn't resize, so if you type more than "hooah", you'd be scrolling forever.

would be great to be able to launch BF3 on your desktop from an ipad though one less reason to have a browser on the computer.

Android app allows me to hooah and comment. Don't use it very often but it works great!

Yeh man I do have an Android phone (Galaxy S2), but I'd much rather use a more compact interface if you get what I mean. I cba zooming in and out on the regular browser.

Going to start on my shotgun medal and reading on the MASS you can have it standalone or underslug.

For the life of me I can't get it as a stand alone option. Me confoooozed.

put a forgrip or laser onto your assault rifle and M26 will be stand alone.

been debating for a while now wether to get BF3 or not now, is it worth it you say for £25?


I wan't it yet kinda dont at the same time if that makes sense as I dont think grinding levels while getting my ass handed to be by people playing since the start will be too fun like it was with BF2 when I got that late :/

Well, I've ploughed several hundred hours into it - my first BF game, definitely worth it. Yes in the beginning you will get your arse handed to you but that will pass.

It's the one game in a long time that has kept me playing and never gets boring. It's definitely value for money.

The great thing is that there are so many different ways of playing bf3 that you can find a way of playing that will be fun for you.

Oh I've had it as an attachment, can you not use it as a main weapon though and carry a med kit with it?

I thought that's what it meant by standalone.

No, by standalone it just means that it's not underslung, i.e. if you do not use underslung rail as an attachment on your primary weapon it will be carried as a separate weapon which you need to switch to (main drawback being that it takes longer to switch to than the underslung version, plus you are limited to iron sights as you can't use whatever sight you have attached to your main weapon).
