£250 for a GTX560Ti..... er no.
Given the competition and the fact that comparable performing cards (such as the HD6950 & normal GTX560 TI's) can be head for MUCH less this card is a complete waste of time. How can a performance conclusion be based on only 4 games? Especially given the games chosen and the relatively short test time (60 seconds in BFBC2 does not give a true representation of gaming performance).

Gigabyte already released a 560 with a 1000Mhz clock speed. How come this hasn't been reviewed? It's been out ages.

I love how it beats the 480 in most fps tests

I'd also argue the other way round, buy a 570 and OC that (or buy an OC'd 570) for just 40pounds more. (or buy a "simpler" 560 and OC that for a bigger save.
Still a fantastic result for a 560, and an impresive cooler performance, but the Price-point could prove to make this card a difficult sell.

^ what Xir said. Though the argument can be made that significant OC's like the ones KFA2 has done might be very difficult without their custom power design. Also note that this beast uses less power (it's more efficient?) and the heat issue is almost non-existent. Both of those are big benefits as well. So ... it's a matter of value.
Still think I'd go with a standard 560 ...

Don't like KFA2 a a company, they only offer a 1 year warranty, opposed to the 2 years that seems to have become a standard (thought I read somewhere that 2 years was a minimum requirement by law on consumer electronics?). Wouldn't touch KFA2's cards with someone else's bargepole.

"few GTX 560 Ti 1GB coolers do this so this isn’t a particular criticism of KFA²’s cooler"
Are there any GTX 560 Ti cards that exhaust all the hot air out at the rear? |

Hi guys, was just wondering if I could get some advice please.
Basically I was thinking about getting either a 560 ti, or possibly a 570, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I should be able to run it ok. My PSU is the Antec Truepower New 650W as seen here: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/psu...iew-round-up/7 And being new to this upgrading lark, I was wondering if I could add one of these cards, as the 4 rails on the PSU are 22A, 22A, 25A and 25A, and can have things plugged directly to any of the rails, but this card seems to need a 30A rail and the 570 needs 38A! So I was wondering if that basically means that my PSU is woefully inadequate to power either of these cards, even though 650W is obviously higher than the 500W/550W required by these cards, but my rails are not up there at 30A/38A? Bearing in mind that the rest of my PC is VERY modest to all you guys out there, with a quad core phenom 820 and whatever motherboard dell chucked in my PC when they made it about a year ago. My current graphics card is an ATI 5450 so obviously it's having a hard time at the moment. Also, could anyone recommend a specific make/model of 570 if indeed I can run one? Thanks a lot Scott |

PSU will be fine, I run 2 9800GTX+'s (150W each) off of one and rarely use half the power the PSU is capable of outputting.
The figure you see is all inclusive for all your hardware, and is a little high to accommodate PSU's that aren't as good as yours. so by the same logic your PSU can supple 54A at 12V (it says on the side). Basically up to 6.25A of the actual graphics card power will be drawn via rail 1 as it has to go via the motherboard. the remaining power (no more that 12.5A, in the case of the 560TI a lot less than) will come via the PCIe connector on either rail 3 or 4, which can both output twaice as muc if they need to. You'll be fine.
