In the market for a new monitor/TV for my PC.

Budget is £1500 maximum.

I have had in the past;

Dell 3008wfp, I sold that to buy 3 dell U2410's. (Both great monitors!).
I sold the 3 Dell U2410s. (Wish I hadn't now) and moved my PC into the living room for a temporarily fix.
So now I've been gaming on my 63" TV, which to say the least, hasn't been a bad experience!

Anyway, I have now been allowed by my misses to have the spare bedroom as my office/gaming room.

What I want is from people who have had experience with a 3DTV/monitor and using Nvidia's 3D steroscopic...is it any good?

As for using Nvidia Surround/Eyefinity in the past, I do miss playing my racing games on 3 monitors

Now my choices;

Do I buy a 40-42" LED backlit 3DTV?

Dell 3011wfp

Or 3 23/24" monitors?

I just had an idea Buy 3 Dell U2311 and a 40/42" 3DTV (But then all display won't be of good quality)

What would you do?

Cheers,

Simon.

3D is nothing more than a gimmick

and in around 1 or 2 years time we will be on the way with proper 3D not this tricking the eye sh*t.

depending what you wanna do and both would be awesome is

a nice 60" on the wall as your budget does allow for it.

altohugh eyefinity is tempting although not everything works well and you require even more Horsepower from your machine to run the stupidly high res's

if money wasnt an option and my rig was good enough i think id go eyefinity setup.

but because i ONLY game at 1080p then id go for the ultra large LED TV.

Call Dell's Small Business Section and get 3 Dell U2410 for 1000-1200 pounds.

Well, that would be what I would do ..
