If you look over at vr-zone.com you can get alot of stuff there as well...

http://vr-zone.com/articles/noctua-s...l/12474-2.html

this is regarding the cpu socket of the LGA 2011... the above link shows that it is different to the LGA 1366 and therefore does it mean that the current range of LGA 1366 based coolers are not compatible with the new one?

have you looked at this?

http://vr-zone.com/articles/asus-dan...led/12449.html

its CRAZY... i don't see how it would work without a Xeon processor... however if you look at the LGA 2011 slot there are effectively 8 channels... totaling 64GB? of high performance ram....

And I also want some insight to whether the Z68, M-ITX flavoured motherboard from Zotec would be available soon...

There are loads of mini-ITX Z68 boards here at the show from loads of companies, not just Zotac. The schedule for each company is different, but they should start going on sale in the next few weeks/months.

Why is this article/thread not my source for info on Llano? In fact, why is there virtually zero mention of Llano throughout BT?

I'm thinking about a new portable device of some kind and I NEED info!
