RAM colour change

Just ordered all my parts for my new build and the RAM I ordered is 'racing red'. Good colour for a lad's brake calipers but it doesn't fit in well with the otherwise blue/black interior I'm going for. The reason I bought that one is because it had great specs (1600MHz, 8-8-8-24) at a great price (£63 for 8GB, Corsair DDR3). The black one was more than £5 more and that just didn't seem right so on principle I bought the red one. Now however, despite not having a window on my case, I am going to be annoyed knowing it sticks out like a sore thumb everytime I think about it or open it up. Is there a way of changing the colour fairly cheaply (ie vinyl wrap or something similar) or do I have to live with it?

take it you brought the corsair vengeance... if so the exact same as me.

I removed the sinks from the memory stick and painted them black, then got some more thermal tape and put them back together.

If you are thinking of doing this please be careful when taking the sinks off the memory as you can damage the stick, most people say to warm it up with a heatgun or something similar.
What i did was run my system for half an hour or so and that warmed the stick up to make prying off the sink and thermal tape easier.

That's good to hear. Did you take a picture of the finished product? And what paint did you use?
