Most of the nvidia Graphics cards doesn't have Waranty stickers...
You can change the thermalpaste and clean them whenever you want to...also change the cooler to liquiq or just an better airsolution

But when during RMA ith should be on its original state

just added some minor details for the GPUS next is sleeving and cleaning the PCB itself
