+1 for Proxxon and Knipex
Have had a set for year, works out as very durable. If you want top notch, Hazet or Stahlwille Power tools...depends on where you live, in europe Hilti, Festool, Makita and maybe Bosch professional (Blue, not the green stuff)

Knipex for me, but if that's too expensive then the professionals range from Halfords will do a good job.
