Freezing ever since SSD installed

Hi everyone i am new to the forums, ever since i install a new OCZ 60GB Agility 3 SSD i have been getting these constant freezing, it starts by the program not responding but the mouse still moves then it just hangs and does not respond, if i have sound playing at that time through the speakers it just plays the same bit in a loop, i have waited 10 minutes to see if it catchs up but to no avail, then i have to restart all together, it happens when browsing the web, while playing a game 10 minutes to 1 hour in, it has happened when the computer has just got to the desktop and is loaded, i have made sure TRIM is enabled made sure i turn SSD defrag off, tryed a different sata port, i operating system is installed onto the SSD and all my other files on the HD.

My specs
gigabyte 880GM-UD2H
MSI HD TWIN FROZR III POWER EDITION
AMD Phenom II x6 1055t @ 2.8ghz
4GB of Kingston HyperX blu 4 GB : 2 x 2 GB Memory - DIMM 240-pin - 1600 MHz ( PC3-12800 )
Corsair 650watt psu(cant remember exactly and don't have the box anymore)
OCZ 60GB Agility 3 SSD
Western digital 232GB Harddrive dont know a specific name.

thank you.

Have you looked for a firmware update for your SSD?

Try unindexing the drive followed by a reboot and reindex again. Also was this a fresh install or did you clone from another drive?
