1. The ghosts in a well thing sounds a lot like "Time of their Lives", old Abbott and Costello movie. Depends what you mean by gothic Disney though, you mean animated? It's live action, but similar to a 1950's live action Disney movie if that's what you meant. Also, it was in black and white, so maybe this isn't it at all. Unless there was a cartoon remake or something.

2. Definitely sounds like the plot of The Nutcracker. There's too many adaptations of that story to mention though. But if you're a similar generation to me then it's probably this one:

Yes there was. More than likely others as it was a story written in 1816 and turned into a ballet in 1892. As the story has been around so long surely there are other movies inspired by the story called something else as well.
