After building my HTPC I've started on a new project that I'd like to share with you.

This time I'm doing a scratch build loosely based on the Thermaltake Level 10, but with my own twist.
The chassis is made out of aluminum tubes (2.5x2.5cmx2mm), aluminum panels (2mm) and blue plexiglas strips. The idea is to use as little hose for the watercooling, but instead use Bitspower fittingen and/or copper pipes.

    Hardware so far:

    Cooling:
    • 2x EK Coolstream Rad XT 240
    • 1x EK RAM Dominator X4 Acetal
    • 1x EK Supreme HF Acetal
    • 4x Enermax TB Silence Fans (12cm)
    • 1x Coolermaster Turbine 1.8
    • Loads of BitsPower Matt Black fittings

    PC:
    • Asus Sabertooth Z77
    • 16Gb (4x4Gb) Corsair Dominator GT (CMT8GX3M2B2133C9)
    • Corsair AX750 PSU
    • 1x 7" Lilliput Touch screen

This is where the magic happens aka...my humble workplace

De side of the case with the 2 rads and the 7"touchschreen. The small triangle on the front is the powerbutton.

This is what the case looks like at the moment.
To continue on the case I need some parts, so I ordered the first part of the fittings for the watercooling, and some stuff for the electrical wiring:

    • 2x Bitspower Schroeffitting 90 graden Rotary - G1/4 Matt Black
    • 4x Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black 90 Degree ID 1/4 Adapter
    • 4x Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black IG1/4 Extender 20mm
    • 4x Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black IG1/4 Extender 50mm
    • 2x Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black Rotary 45 Degree IG1/4 Adapter
    • 2x Bitspower G1/4 Matt Black Rotary 90 Degree ID 1/4 Adapter
    • 2x Bitspower G1/4 naar G1/4 (2x OD) Verbindingsstuk Mini Matt Black
    • 1x Feser Tube UV - HighFlow - 3/8 ID - 1/2 OD - CLEAR / BLUE
    • 2x 24-pin ATX Female connector housing, Black
    • 2x 24-pin ATX Male connector housing, Black
    • 4x 8-Pin (6+2) PCI-E VGA Power Connector
    • 2x ATX Power connector Pins for Plugs/Male
    • 2x ATX Power connector Pins for Sockets/Female

Hopefully the order will arrive today, so I can continue working on the case :)

    That's it for now..

Complete project album can be found here

    Thanks :)

And yeah Cheapskate, you're right, the feet are drawer handles :D

    Update!

    Start of the left front:

Added a plexi strip on the bottom of the case (all around the case):

And I've made the sidepanel for the left side:

The side is made of 2 parts, so I can still access the parts inside the bottom part of the case:

Tomorrow I'll receive some new hardware so the modding can continue! :dremel:

    Thanks guys :)

    Update!

The PSU doesn't fit, so I had to open it up and change it a bit. I moved one of the prints so I have better access to the connectors when it's installed.

This is where it will go in the case: (with somesort of cover ofcourse)

Wow, that's badass taking a psu apart as simply as you did. I think it'd be amazing if you made a custom case to match the new position of the connectors. It'd probably loads of work though.
