if that beast doesnt power the next Luna Mission I'll be on to NASA asking why

Q. The piping, do you solder to the compression fittings or do they seal without ? or is it a hardware plumbing dept search, fittings with 1/4thread I would have to look for ?

I used Aquatuning cheap and cheerful 10mm OD push fits....they are not bad at 1.70 a pop.

Just lurving this one- so much I am just in the process of redoing my dual loop TJ07 build

What are you going to do for the GPU power connectors? I would love to see a bridge of sometype a bit like a SLI block- would totally reek of awesomeness!

Thanks for the pipe guide. Will be handy. I have started to get the bits together. Still trying to refine my idea's. No fix idea yet.

Funnily enough,im doing something in Solidworks for Darth Beavis to run up on his 3d printer.

Just out of curiosity does your PSU have enough power on 1 rail to power all those beast or are you going to pull from multiple rails?

its a 1500w Enermax,8 rails,so I don't have to worry to much....

Disaster! one of the pumps has literally popped out of the top on my SR2!! Seems Koolance struggle to machine two threads that match,the pump shroud wiggles in the threads and just lets go!

Thanks to ninja reactions and the 3 cups of coffee earlier i whipped out the power before it flooded everything,thank christ i put the pumps in the rad bay underneath or this could of got expensive.

Koolance is now on my poop list.

Cant even RMA them as i have painted the mounts and shroud,thankfully Specialtech just offered to sponsor me 2 of the new rev 2 model.

This is why ST are the only guys to go with for watercooling gear.

Not the best morning,i was looking forward to some 1440p BF3.........

SpecialTech to the rescue!!

You can clearly see the difference in the pump mounting compared to the rev 1.

The new top just bolts in the traditional manner rather than the screw in shroud method.

The tops are different dimensions tho so im going to have to ditch the copper between the pump and res and go with a bit of black tube instead....otherwise it means re doing the res mount and generally more trouble than its worth.

Thanks again to Specialtech,who came thru for me in a very tight situation.

Sorry to hear about the pumps, but at lease you didn't loose any of your rig. Congratz on getting someone to sponsor you for the pumps. I know you have a lot tied up in the rig already. Now get the pumps back in and start testing again.
