Internet Explorer vulnerability lets hackers track your mouse movements

"The Microsoft Security Research Centre recognises that there is a vulnerability but has said that there are no immediate plans to patch it." I did a search but didn't see it mentioned in any other thread. Anybody heard about this? Thoughts? I haven't used IE for a long while myself...

no but concerning as with win8 i find myself using it more and more. apps dont seem to jump across to chrome as well.
