looking for a program

It's a program that takes your desktop icons and puts them in its own toolbar in one straight line. It makes the icons a sphere shape and when you hover over it, the sphere gets bigger... Not sure whats its called and I want to try it out.

Uh thats not it. Has nothing to do with my icons. =/
This thing basically created its own tollbar and puts all your icons on it in a nice form. I know its popular. I've seen it before. I just cant figure out the name

Anyone know how to get the systray in there? I can't figure it out. Some guy made a download for it but he didn't include a readme so I'm kinda lost.

Object dock plus allows users to place a systray into the dock, or a seperate dock. I found that object dock on the whole hogged my system (im on a 5 yr old comp) and as such eventually removed it, it was good while it lasted, again GOOGLE knows all and told me this when i wanted to do it originally
