But I think your talking about SLI within the card, I'd like to see what a system with two of those cards can do. =)

Does it run SLI and 4 displays?

That's the one big downfall I overhear is the lack of 3+ screens on SLI cards, always with the bios change to enable it....

.... yeah yeah, I know, who needs more than 2, but then there's the PS1 mod as always.

Do you mean to say you could hook this card up with another of these besties and have a 4 core graphics solution? I only ask because I can't see a conventional SLI connector

Now that would be cool indeed

Ummm... I thought the ASUS card was dual 6800 Ultras not 6800 GT.

Actually with SLI on, it's only one screen max. If you disable SLI in windows you can go right ahead and use all four video outputs I think. I'm hoping this changes with new drivers soon, but I won't get my hopes up too high.

Aye, always need two these days. Despite the fps hit, it's just not worth the hassle.

Notice ATI's new "dongle" for connecting two cards together has an DVI output to maintain at least three connectors - hoping that means 3 displays...

Another thing I wonder, can you run a PCI card with 2 displays? Only play games on one, the others are for stats and email/MSN usually see.

Highlander PLZ tell me who or what company is making the dual 7800gtx on one card! I am pretty sure that it hasnt been done yet!

Silent project YES you need to have Gigabyytes Mo/Bo to use the 3d1 card!

Maximum PC review @ http://www.maximumpc.com/2005/10/gigabyte_gv-3d1_1.html
Gigabyte’s original GV-3D1 merged two nVidia GeForce 6600 GT cores on a single card, but it was compatible only with Gigabyte’s nForce4 GA-K8NXP-SLI motherboard—and could be purchased only as part of a $495 videocard/mobo bundle. Never before or since have two eight-pipe GPU, dual 128MB, 128-bit interface videocards been so freakin’ expensive.
