Wireless Networking 'Q'
Hi ya,
i have to wired computers hooked up to a wired router with cable through the router would i be able to put a wireless pci card in one of the computers to share the net or would i have to get a access point?

If it isn't a wireless router, you'll need additional hardware.

yes you'll need an AP, you could do it AD-HOC with a wireless card in one of the pc's that has a wired connection but the AP is the better option imo, that or get a wireless router

hi guys i got a pci wifi card ok i got the two computers to see each other when i try to inable the setting that shares the net connection on to the wifi i get and error this is on my wired computer

hey guys i changed my routers ip address so i can connect to my laptop but it still wont share the net which goes through my router to all my computers like this
net > router > computers i dont know why its not working any help would be help full
