Hello, finally something to show again.

The project started out very differently from how it ended in the end. The original idea was to build a “S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl” project, but for many reasons it eventually turned into a Battlefield 6 case mod with lots of extras.

Also started as I wanted a fun WFH PC. So I lobbed together a little ITX build with what I had about. It then snowballed somewhat and evolved into an externally water cooled scratch build, because I'm an idiot and enjoy headaches.

The above consists of hardware I already own with the addition of an aggregation switch and an NVR.

It's been a little while since I put a build together. 2024 was full of ups and downs, mainly downs regarding family, sadly. TLDR is that my mum died, dad had a stroke, and my wife had an op, all within around 9 weeks, so I had a load to deal with and couldn't really be modding with work and everything else that was going on.

Hi,
I don’t even know where to start. There’s so much to tell. The 6.5″ subwoofer turned out a bit too big for the spot and lights up like a Christmas tree. So I decided to build a cheap, somewhat small subwoofer. Although “cheap” is always relative... Over the past few months, I’ve been ordering drivers from AliExpress for around €20–30 and am currently going the “budget route.” Whether it will pay off remains to be seen. I’ve never had any issues with Chinese amps...
