So a brief description is below
When ISP router is reset everything appears to work well for between 60 and 90 minutes then with no changes in router settings lots of sites won't load at all and others become very slow requiring multiple refreshes to work. These are major mainstream sites like BBC, FDJ.FR, metoe agricole,...

I've got a three year old Sony Xperia (1 IV, XQ-CT72) which has recently tanked in terms of battery life. In addition to this, it's also getting warm / hot in use, even while doing something mild like watching YouTube, which previously it would happily do for hours a day without any noticeable heat.

Has anyone advice on how to go about diagnosing this? I've taken a look at CPU-Z but frankly I don't know what I'm looking at. Is the getting hot definitely high CPU use or could it be a symptom...
