Grooooovy! I love this picture, but there's something about the sky that's bothering me. Something is out of place, but I can't pinpoint it. I'll get back to you on that.

Good choice for the theme.

 

It's the clouds - the sky isn't the right color to be clear, but there's no clear definition of where the clouds are or aren't.

 

its was a pretty dull and cloudy day, so i don't think there is any sky to be seen, its just clouds me thinks.

Agreed, it's difficult to get a sense of depth. The colour and shade of the cloud is fine, but really flat against detailed objects in the scene, such as the pier.

You could transplant that sky into the first photo
