Lo chaps! I know that this thread maybe in the wrong area but i need to get this sorted asap. Basically we have a Twin pack of BT Studio 1100 cordless phones. Ive lost the manual so i was wondering if any of you guys have the same or similar models as my units have lost the plot. My problem is that the main base1 phone cant connect or find any base stations, neither can the base2 phone. I cant register any of the two phones on the main base. I try to use the manual option but its not connecting and the same goes for the auto option. Ive switched off the base1 station and restarted it but it still can find the main base. Anyone know how to reset their connections or know how to resolve this would be awesome as basically that would mean that we only have one working telephone in the house right now. Thanks guys.
Dunno if this is of any use to you, http://www.shop.bt.com/content/uni2/documentation/43ps/023624.pdf Hope it helps! (just re-read your post, thought you said you had lost the manual, I guess i jumped the gun a little bit!)
Sweet thanks man, but some of the suggested items arnt helping. Anyone have any other suggestions? Im thinking our base station is buggered
Hello mate, the thread is quite old. As for the phone's i gave up and bought a new set as they are quite cheap now.
No i didnt, i got a phillips set. There are lots of dual/triple kits out there by decent brands going cheap i.e. £30-50. I still think i have the phones hidden around here somewhere.
oh well - not to worry - Ill see if I have any joy with technical support and if not get a different set. Something tells me that cordless phones are gonna be a bit of a pain one way or another no matter what :-s
I hate cordless phones, but if you want my opinion, just buy a Panasonic set and see all your worries disappear
