Finishing my computing work an hour before everyone else (in a 90 min lesson), being told I can go, but staying so I can work on a little C++ project I have on the go instead...

Using PHP to pull data from a spreadsheet and put it into SVG files so I can print out data-driven vector art.
(As opposed to simply using a mail-merge... my results are higher quality and can have SVG filters applied.)

Or using a windows command line script to log everything I do on the network (meaning adding/removing users, changing email addresses, etc), using the linux command line to chat in IRC
