My sentiments exactly. I thought it was a horses head at first too, but closer inspection looks like one of those fish from the deep end of the ocean ( think FINDING NEMO! ) how it wound up on those gorgeous looking shores i dont know...

 

A Anglerfish, it looks like one but its a little to deep to get at.
