TBH I've seen better ones... But I still quite like the idea. IMHO that's the way advertising has to be, seamless integrated and related to the site...

Although to be fair that muppet did it in about 1hr with very limited assets.

    I quite like it myself!

I really want to know who makes those awful flash banners so I can try and pimp myself (as a flash maker person) out to them and save our eyes from visual rape.

I was talking about them being just visually wrong. Adverts can be done brilliantly. Eye catching but stylish. Nearly all the one's on bit-tech are just garish and horrible. It's annoying because all ad agencies like this have been going so long that they don't seem to care, but people still pay through the teeth for them! I seriously could do a better job in about 5 minutes.

To be honest though, if I had my way, adverts would all have a 50% opacity black mask over them until mouse over and until mouse over they would never move or flash or blink. Which is why I don't really like making them because no-one wants that, they actually want the garish horrible colours because people notice them, regardless of whether that's positively or negatively.

that's a genius advert, and I bet they got a lot of clicks. That is how you get attention, not by flashing.
