I really like that setup. What monitor combo is that? A 30 and two 20's?

M_D_K, you've got a lot of stuff plugged in to two sockets there, is that safe?

I've never been able to tell; my understanding of electronics says that as soon as you draw more than the 13 amps the wiring can handle, the fuse blows and prevents damage. And with a modern ring main in place pretty much nothing can go wrong.

However, the fire brigade constantly remind us that if you leave your TV plugged in overnight it'll burn down your house and kill your entire extended family.

    So which is it

Computer stuff uses damn all in kW terms, even with OTT power supplies. Electric kettle, a microwave and a couple of fan heaters might be a problem, and hanging triple adaptors off other triple adaptors can get a bit rocky, but socket strips are good, their fuse will blow before the ring fuse goes. :thumb:
Leaving the TV on overnight is a sure sign of drunkenness and causes feuds with the neighbours, but it's leaving the grill on as well that causes the raging inferno. :duh:

If you could let me know how you have got a mini powering two monitors I would be very interested to know, as currently mine is only running one and I am finding it very frustrating.

I have the mini hooked up to one screen. It's fine with me because it is a 24". The first screen is running my windows box. I have both of the screens running on that though. I do wish the mini could do multi but then it wasn't made for that. Oh and as a side note this message was typed from my itouch.

Ah I should have noticed the second keyboard and mouse doh!

TheCherub: You can use the matrox video splitter to use multiple monitors.
