Thanks for Wallpapers, I've already got it set on the MBP. Fantastic shot! I'm actually embarrassed to post my entry.
I does have a bit of a artificial feeling to it. Really incredible shot and the story behind it does indeed make it even better.

It takes a lot to make it as an A88 wallpaper, so you've done an excellent job ;).

Aww.... Now I want it too :)

Could you please make one in 16:10 at minimum 1920x1200 (my mbp res :) )

It's gonna go straight in the rotation folder :) (I just love having a surprise beautiful desktop bg when I start the computer)

Just download it at the highest resolution and either resize it or use it as is, fitted to desktop.

Tried that already :) Thought it would be a lot nicer to have a crop/resize of the original instead of further cropping something that might already have been.

    Monkey, this is...wow.

You just replaced Yuugou as my background. I've had that wallpaper up since I did Nick's article in April, just to give you an idea.

This is just beautiful. I'm so glad that I only got my camera yesterday and so can't compete with this for December.

    Thanks again!

Nope. As long as your original is larger than the resize, you don't lose any significant information. You can resize the 2560x1600 version in Paint.Net just fine.

Just looked again at the resize I trashed and found out I must have mistyped when resizing in Preview since it ended up being 1728x1080. I only looked at the 1728 after the resize and concluded that the aspect ratio wasn't the same :)
Oh well. Monkey was kind enough to help me out :)

Besides you should agree with me that a jpg made to size from the original will always be better quality than a jpg resize from a jpg resize of a raw. ;)
