upgrading....HELP!

    The ones with the GO stepping have been created using a small fabrication process (45nm???) which means they are more energy efficient (95w's they are) and can overclock better than previous q6600's.

    No there not made with 45nm technology but they are just better than the B3 at energy efficienty and overclocking, i dont know why though.

    how do I know if the one I'm buying has G0 stepping?
    the one I found is 95W.

    It is propably the G0 version, try Googling the number you got (BX80562Q6600).
    The G0 and the B3 stepping versions have a different number so you should be able to identify it.

    Yes the 8800gtx is better than the 8800gt.
