Gave up gaming for 1 month while trying leopard on my pc. it was very, very hard. But i liked leopard for everything but gaming.
I played WoW for like 5 months in 05 or 06 and while I loved it and it was fun. I started to play the game more, and I quit after realizing that. I am really glad I stopped playing that game, it took too much time of my time. I still play video games, but I rather view some forums or play a game of halo to pass some empty time than get sucked to a raid.
Can't say I've found that to be true tbh. I'm still running a system with a C2D at 2.9Ghz, an 8800GTS640, 2GB of ram, and everything else required to make a lovely gaming box. I just, don't game.
Ah well, least I got something worth having then It does have an amazing pixel fillrate afterall.....
I almost quit last year. I stopped enjoying CS:S and the rest of my clan were into BF2142, which I couldn't get into. I pinned my hopes on Quake wars which was a total disappointment to me. Thankfully COD4 arrived to save the day and I'm now playing more than ever.
All the better to draw swooshy fadey start menus I just got kicked out of a game of neverwinter 2. My system has an inherent 2 hour reliability issue which I put down to my tinkering... not worked out that well this new gaming system if it limits my gaming.
