These funny pot-noodle-esq. ones we get in a local shoppie. They come from Thailand, and are soooooo nice.

Has got to be chicken flavoured instant noodles. BBQ flavoured come a close second.

"soft noodles" (that's what the local place calls them!), fried at home with soy sauce, vegetables and chicken and what ever else I can find to put in them.
They're sort of thin [much like spaghetti], and come in dried web in a rectangular block.

    felix,

pasta is noodles is pasta. water + flour = noodles.

unless you mean that you prefer italian - style egg dough pastas.

personally, i like the buckwheat noodles. nice and nutty. add some miso, some extra-firm tofu, some scallion, a few chili flakes, and top with enoki mushrooms.

    yum.

Haven't had noodles for ages as I eat wholemeal pasta etc, but for some reason the only noodles I love are the cheap ones i.e. Sainsburys brand 30p. Supernoodles make me feel sick after a few mouth fulls.

You can't beat noodles from a chinese though. :)

For instant noodles I wont buy it unless it's Shin Noodles.

I love the Wagamama chilli ramen for fresh stuff.

Either, the bombay badboy pot noodles or these things we get from asda from blue dragon, they're in a wide circle pot you cook them like pot noodles and they come with 2 packets, one for the sauce and one for the veg very tasty!!
