The one I use daily is just a WD NetCenter 320GB. I also have a IBM Netfinity 5500 M20 that I run backups on. Dual PIII Xeon, 512MB ram, 6x 18GB SCSI drives in RAID 5. I'll probably replace the netfinity with a P4 3GHz 1GB ram and whatever drives i feel like stuffing in it. (probably 2-4x500GB running RAID1)

Duron 1300 512MB ram 1GB flash (Running Debian from it) +500GB sata drive for storage (need a new one, its only got 20GB left) 10/100MB network card I use it for storing photos, my DVD's (slowly turning them into divx's etc but over 250 discs takes some time) and any other junk that I want to keep off my own machine in case of formatting. I also run a DHCP server from it DNS relaying (Bind) as my ISP's DNS sucks and frequently dies, it's also faster locally Samba uShare for sharing divx's to the 360's I may also set the media centre to record to the drives in there eventually meaning that I can get media centre onto some small flash card and not worry too much. I may switch it out for the spare Dual P3 machine that I have kicking around but I have a feeling that its power usage would be quite a bit higher and the whole idea is to keep it quiet and low power which the p3's I dont believe really are.
<pic goes here when I get around to it> Athlon XP-M 2800 (ish) Abit AT7 512 MB RAM 10 GB drive (OS) 2 x 120 GB drives in RAID1 (data) WinME It's just a bog standard headless fileserver. Couple times a year I plug a keyboard and monitor into it to make sure everything is still running, but otherwise it just serves. Need to get some bigger drives soon though.
