I was wondering how to best describe your design, then it came to me.... MAJESTIC...

Its very beautiful. Great Work.

Question: Where are you putting the Optical Drive/s?

Hmm.... Majestic. I like it maybe ill change it o that ^^

optics will be done outside the case. True usb.

And hard drives like the Western Digital VelociRaptor wear planed at the air duct's of the side's. So the over pressure in the case can get out of there and take the hot air out true that way. So the side air ducts ain't just statics but also yous full. The others behind the neon

that case looks sick, i really like the angles on it, I like the bottom flared out like that, kinda similar to the ugly duckling case i had thought up a while back, well kinda.

 

realy nice case i like that alu pannel you made, the first side pannel looks like a realy tight fit in the case is it not to tight because of the paint or is it going to be closed???

That thing is gonna weight a TON. But I don't care, I like the design! And if the weight isn't an issue than it's gonna be one kickass case Keep it up and don't piss that cat off, she looks like she doesn't have a sense of humor

@ rambo. Thay are pritty tight. I have the tendency to think i work with metal And make the space some times to tight. But Thats not a real big problem. Stil need to sand almost every thing down

@Jipa. I am a afraid all sow its going to way a lot without the side panels its freaking heavy. So with all the water hdd's and stuff in its going to be a back breaker

 

I went to my local PC shop and got me these nice sweet hard drives.

My god, how much did those run you?

 

When you were asking how much they costed (sorry my english isn't that good ), the cheapest shop in the Netherlands sells them for €225 each I don't even wanna know what he payed for them at his local pc shop.

I paid 249,- euro four them. i redder get hdd from a local store then true Internet. And the web shops i know is a waiting time of a average 30+ day's
But the other stuff a cpu mobo and ddr3 i did order true Internet.

The Hexx and hdd brackets are four an other project. It was cheaper to get 10 at once then 6

Not much don four now. But hire is what i did till now.

Painted the mobotray mat black.



Not all black you will see at the end. But if some will shine true its already painted
Painted the visible parts of the metal black.



Made the first parts that will make the back side.



And lower part.



And that is it four now.
