'Tis a good looking desk, for sure :hip:

Do you (also) have the dimensions handy? It looks almost as deep, as it does wide?

I think it came from Argos or Ikea. It was over a year ago now, so if it's still available is another matter.
    It's 140cm wide x 79cm high (extra 17cm for the monitor stand) x 68cm deep.
Yeah it's nice and deep. I like that.

Just moved home for the summer so here is my temporary setup at my parents' house. I'm sure this is the tidiest it'll ever be.

Agreed, found it to be a big tonal step up from the MG30DFX I had before it. Easily powerful enough for small gigs too.

    Wow, what a craptastic room.
Is that wardrobe where you keep all your stuff?

The only things in my wardrobe are clothes and paperwork for bills and jobs. Nothing else, I've had a HUGE clearout, there were 3 PCs in here, an amstrad, a basketball hoop, a architects desk and more.

Seriously, the only thing that looks bad is the current desk as I need a new one.

Just be glad I didn't put up the "before" pictures! It took me two days to move the room around to get the space in, on the wall you can't see is my bed and window with a bookshelf on the wall by the door. Trust me, this is good :)

Things have changed a bit since that picture. Desk drawer is now held shut with pink gaffer tape, there are two 360's and an HD-DVD drive, and everything's gone left a bit, except the PC, which has moved to the other side of the desk :B

Oh, and that's not my Strongbow Super.

For anyone wondering, the mech on the speaker is the Astray Red Frame of Gundam origin :B

Oh, and I'm stood on my futons in that picture. I have an awesome room, so full of crap I don't have room for a proper bed :D

What's that on-top of the 360? And why do you have two now?

It's the base station for a pair of Sennheiser RS130's.

You ever heard the phrase "A fool and his money are soon parted"? That's basically it. I got fed up with split screen on Vegas 2, and decided System Link would be much better (And it is). Also helps for system link games, since I don't have to go fetch the Component input TV thing from downstairs.

Indeed they are. I've had 'em about six months now, and I'm very happy with them. I wish they had speakers, or the audio out was on the back of the monitor (It's on the right hand side), but those things shouldn't be enough to put you off.

You have two 360s in one room though, doesn't that make it a nuisance when playing online?

It's not had any ill effects that I've noticed. I was slightly concerned that the XBL would whine and cry about two accounts on the same IP, but it's not been an issue at all - A welcome surprise.

Edit: It just occurred to me you might mean noise/heat.. My room's like a pit in hell for heat anyway, these two being on at the same time don't make any noticeable difference to the heat. Since headphones are used for the sound, the noise isn't much of an issue either.

Doug, could you use slightly larger pics? I'm having trouble counting the pixels on your TV.
