I want to mill the heads from 1/8 thick alum, then have Brad paint them.. so they'll won't actually move unless you flick them.. It would be sweet if they rotated on their own, but Brads exhausted his funds for any further custom work like that. I've gotta grab matching angle head shots of Homer and Krusty.

The hardware arrived last Friday. We started recording the next video segment. Brad wants to use the OEM HSF supplied by AMD and I'm like "No way, after all of the custom work...lol!" and other commitments have pulled me away. I've been working on refinements to my new blog, casemodblog.com with Ric M. So I haven't had time to get over to the workshop and take some photos. Stay tuned, I will keep you updated

Part 3 Video

 

See right now this doesnt scream the simpsons to me but that of the Yellow Submarine from the Beatles but I think that will change once you get those simpsons faces cut out and put on the front.

 

Brad was really amped to start using this PC. I told him I would deliver the faces once they're done.

Just a small tip, for anyone here considering a Microfly, attach the cables to the MB before you slide it in.
