Revolver was probably one of the worst films I've seen. I left the cinema without a clue as to what had actually happened in the film.

If it wasn't for the women in bikini's this would be 0 stars. The boobs make it 1 star at best.

I watched about half on cable TV, in my livingroom, and I did walk out on it. Funny, I found myself wanting to go back inside.

That was the funniest part of the movie - I think. :duh:

as I quite liked Avalon I'm going to interpret that as you not owning any bad films. Worst one I spy on dvd is Blair Witch, I assume it belongs to my housemate :worried:

No, it was actually quite a good film, but people possibly expected "Sean goes all Deathsport 3000 in a Post-Apocalyptic future" and were disappointed when it turned out to be a philosophical film.

It is basically about what happens to people when they get everything they want: comfort, security, eternal life. Needless to say it doesn't work out well. It is human nature to dream, strive and quest; we define ourselves in our struggle with life. When that is rendered unnecessary, we lose who we are and become empty shadows of our former selves.
