    Is someone tracking this for statistical purposes? Of course, we all know that bit is mostly male geeks, 15-25. No news there.

    I'd have to get licensed in Canada which is a whole other kettle of fish, but maybe i could lateral as an EMA while I get the Canadian certification.

    From what I understand the basic certification in Canada is about 1000 hours, the basic certification in the US is 160. Different scope of practice.

    Yes if you are working in upstream operations. And another yes if you are working for companies other than Petronas.

    Unfortunately, I'm non of those.

    i wasn't able to find any jobs that advertise pay. and i noticed that there is certification required. i'll talk to the medic we have on site here to see what she has to say.
