It doesn't photograph well, but the interior is illuminated with a pair of CCFL's. It's a subtle effect, but I wouldn't mind having a little more light. That may be a rainy day project though. I've run out of time.

I hope you work out... the rig is a back breaker!

Well, the Rogue now sits boxed up and ready for shipping to Nvision, and I'm packed up and ready to head to Mexico. I'll have limited computer access for the next week. Besides, you guys are great and everything, but the blue water and sandy beaches are calling my name. Oh yeah, and I'm getting married too.

BTW, I'll mention that the Rogue is sitting in a special wooden box built just for shipping it. Sorry I didn't get a pic of it, but I was pressed for time. I'm not sure how much the box weighs by itself, but the whole thing weighs in at 103 pounds!!

Temps are outstanding. Water temps run anywhere from 35 to 45 degrees Celsius. Although, in this case, it's really irrelevant. The water is cooling the peltier, and not the CPU itself. CPU temps are below the threshold of most monitoring software. Best guess, it's running around -26 degrees Celsius on the CPU. Case temps are 31 to 35 degrees. No benchmark scores yet. I've not had the time, but I'll give a complete rundown as soon as I can.

 

Were are you shipping that sexy tech case you will show off only or give it away ?!

 

I hope the Rogye will be ok, not many happy stories around here about transporting casemods

 

I'm shipping it to San Jose for Nvision. Mostly to show off and play a few games.

I'm hoping so as well. I packed as well as I could. It's in a 1/2" thick wooden crate. I lined the crate with 1" foam padding. Then, the original Rogue box is inside of that. I'm using a combination of the the original foam inserts, as well as surrounding it with more 1" foam. There is also foam wedged between most interior components as well as some paper towels around the hose fittings (in case of any errant fluid leaking.) The top of the case is packed separately, and padded well. If it doesn't survive the trip, then I can't say I didn't try. I'm glad it's so heavy... you don't exactly kick around a 103 pound wooden box. I also insured the thing for $10,000...
