you guys , guess what I saw yesterday ....

I was on the 20th between the Jacques Cartier and Champlain bridges on the south shore of Montreal and then in the far distance I saw something .... Okay at first I saw a police car, but then seconds after I noticed another car that was actually closer to me and told to myself "what the fack , this can't be ?"

YES , it WAS !

That was awesome. The police car was in front, then there was the GTR and then there was me with my accord . We were going about 120kph on the left lane (3 lanes total) and then after a while the GTR moved all the way to the right lane and there I could see that the guy was sick of the police car. He slowed down to about 90 and then re accelerated to 120 in a sec. I could tell the guy was just itching to fly away

My friend saw the same GTR about 3 weeks ago and said it was apparently the only one in Canada so far. He saw it on the same highway as I did so I am pretty sure it was the same

yes i bought one it's beautiful! and it still does 0-60 in 5.6 which pleases me!

Only the T-bar roof leaks a wee bit, need to get it checked!.

I will do, it's in the garage to have the roof re-sealed. High lift Cams added, and bigger turbo thn the standard garret, gonna risk an 18psi turbo in the engine. Should get me ~320bhp. Hello 60 in under 4.8 secs

I'll get a pic as soon as i get it back. Appart from that there are no body kits added or that yet, only thing thats not spec appart from the insides are the wheels 17inch 35mm profiles.

i'm only 20! and i managed to get insured for 670 for a year on a jap import turbo, with (some) of the mods declared

If i'm honest it scares the **** out of me as it is, no TC or that.

Edit: picked it up for 3750, had RAC inspect it for 250 quid and they said its about as good as you'll get!

i was quoted like 980 without then put my mum on

my dad added on took like 50 quid more off (as a named drivers obv)

but it will also be in a garage, that was with 250 excess, and all the courtesy + windsheild covers.

and say you regulary drive another car, which i do my sisters

 

Ah yeah, I was with Bell a couple of years ago and they were the cheapest for me then Sadly they're not too keen on me nowadays

 

ahhh think it's the NCB thing i lied i don't have 3 years i have 2 years 10 months. but they are still cheap cos you know what insurance companies are like with Jap Imports.

Usually are like 1.5* please.

What was hilarious they would insure me on a supra for 550 a year or summant.

But supras are too big FR drive and expensive to run. Mr2's strike an inbetween altho tremendously impractical. I only do 5000 miles a year tho so 900 quid in le petrol per year max usually i should think

In my case it's a points thing When I try to get a quote off them "computer says no".

 

Try Adrian Flux, they're usually reasonable and their policies are pretty decent too

Mate, I saw a GT-R nearby, too. It was white. It was making a left turn into a popular auto dealership plaza, so I just assumed it was going to become the showroom floor car for that Nissan dealership.

I was driving with my friend and he was like "wuh the fux a GT-R?"

 

you won't believe me but I saw another one today ! This one was red and it looked good too
