I think the only improvement here is that it comes with filters.

It also looks a few centimeters deeper, to allow for longer graphics cards, as on the original 900, you couldn't get an 8800 GTS/GTX in without having to stick the HDD caddie right at the top.

Apparently the Antec design team have been taking advice from Porsche. :duh:

It just seems like the 1200 to me, lost the charm of the original 900, but that itself was not without its flaws, still a nice case but I plan on retiring mine soon. Blue LEDs on top are a shame if someone wanted a non-blue case but I suppose some will like it

It was just filters and cable management and such that needed fixing with the 900, really. The 902 performed wonderfully in a pcformat temperature/endurance test...they conspicuously failed to comment on noise, though, as both are hurricane makers. I wonder what makes the difference, why the p182 is so deliciously silent and the 900 sounds like a jet engine :)

looks like all they've done is trimmed down some of the plastic on the top to cut production costs.

That looks awful, it makes the old version look discrete!

Looks like the 1200 but... fuglier.
And it's the same height as my 300. Doesn't that mostly defeat the point of the 900(2)?

I am very really happy :thumb: with the New ANTEC 900 TWO version , this new version dont have the HORRIBLE and SILLY Tilted Roof of the first 900 version , plus have bigger front bezel holes to allow better airflow due to lower impedance , this case must become a even better bestseller than the previous version , but are some features missed ,

    1) Are missed ventilation grill holes at the back of the motherboard tray like the SPEDO Thermaltake
    2) Under the PSU are not grill holes to allow the PSU to suck fresh air from outside of the case

Ventilation holes at the back of a mobo do very little, and an extra fan just adds noise.

The PSU grill is a big issue though.

Blue LED fans should be banned on all cases that cost more than £40 (or at least have a on/off switch). Nothing wrong with blue LEDs but its not everyone's cup of tea. Surely no LEDs would have a wider sphere of influence.

The case itself looks great from the front, especially the mesh bays. But the top fan looks awefull! It just looks like and after thought and has been bolted on top!

The changes I noticed are in this picture, look at the red circles and then compare it to the Antec 900 (#1)

    http://i42.tinypic.com/2ihkvf8.jpg

Basically they've changed that Key Holder on the top, they moved all the external connections like USB, Microphone / Headphone jacks. They raised the fan while lowering the back (Behind the fan), the front of the case is different where the last 900 extruded more this one seems to be shallow.

All in all I like it.
