    Note: Dont use power tools, unless you have knowledge to operate :) and wear protective goggles. goggles are much cheaper than your precious eyes.

    paint it, hang to dry

    after drying.. sand it using 1000, 2000 and 2500 sand paper

    paint again for the second coat.. hang to dry.. then polished.

    after 3 days of drying (to fully cure the paint) time to assemble.

    How do you like having the PSU up front like that? I haven't had any experience with those, but it looks cool!

    I'm just glad that I bought a presleeved PSU it always looks like it can be a pain in the ass to do. Not hard but time consuming and you grouped the parts of the ATX MB cable.

    Nice action shots with the Dremel. Were the PSU is now looks kind of oddd. I have not seen a case like that till now. Guess that is there way to make a smaller ATX case before going to MATX.
