Lets say the most recent PC game I've played is Half-Life 2. It's not strictly true, but its not far off either. I'm out of touch. What games from the last 4 years MUST I play.
when's Braid coming out for PC? what genre are you into?? FPS: Bioshock Left 4 Dead CoD games Crysis Warhead RTS: World in Conlifct Sins of Solar Empire Red Alert 3 if you like CnC games Racing: GRiD <-- a MUST! <can't think of any other racing game i liked since GRID was released, they all seem too shallow> Others: Portal World of Goo Audiosurf
Crysis (& Crysis Warhead). COD4 is **** IMO. GTA IV if you don't have a Xbox 360. All the HL2 expansions obviously.
i have to say i'm almost jealous that you have all these amazing games yet to play! try oblivion or fallout 3, whichever setting appeals to you most really. they're both built by the same people on the same engine.
Don't you ever miss that feeling off first playing a game and discovering things, just going wow at stuff, it's not the same as you play through the game for a second or third time edit: as for games: Test Drive Unlimited
yes of course but at least he did have fun with the games. It's not like if he had never and could never play them
never quite same as getting that rush of "omg i f***ing love this" when u first crack open a new title though EDIT: sorry re-read post - yes i DID have fun with them
Orange Box + Left4Dead Crysis (Warhead is .. ok) World In Conflict Race Driver: GRID Burnout Paradise (it's not absolutely necessary though) Oblivion/Fallout 3 COD4 (don't bother with 5) And if you have any time left after all that, Bioshock + Mirror's Edge. If any time after that, get a second-hand copy of Spore (it's worth a look at least).
