    Flames look like solar flares coming off the sun. Again we see the realistic flame painting!

    Red anodized M3 machine screws, these were offered by my friend's business a few years ago. He no longer offers them. I'm glad I saved some, I'm using these 4 to re-attach the top panel.

    Everything looks awesome! One question, though - were the panels scuffed up before the airbrush was used? They look really shiny when the airbrushing is being done.

    I used to work at a local amusement park airbrushing T-shirts and license plates. Always had trouble with the metal plates - cotton is so forgiving!

    Yes, the panels were scuffed up with red scotch brite pad.. what youre seeing on this page of the thread is just after the clear coat was applied. Very glassy

    I got chained to my emails today, so I'll be doing the final assembly tommorow of the case when I return to my shop :)

    Thanks for the posts gang, the overall paint finish is just gorgeous. I'll have it assembled tommorow with pics, unless I can get over to the shop today.
