Thanks to all again, I'm very happy for your great partecipation! :jawdrop:

I use the measuring table of my Dea Brown & Sharpe measuring machine only for the photos. ;)

I work by night when I have a free time for the modding.

    Yes! :D
The method of this project is similar to the method of plan of the Dark Blade casemod. I don't have the complessive plan.
Some component are a mistery also for me. :naughty:

    It's only a support. :)

    The MODcat! lol :D

Very nice to meet the old friends again. ;)
and thanks to the new friends too.

The lenght of the particular on the photo is 300 mm.

    ZOOM!

The red profile on the image is the next piece of the support. ;)

Thanks to you for the explanation post. ;)

The adjustable support is one part of the DBRS Project, it's only my construction way of the traditional mechanical parts. I love the mechanical elements! ;)

Bookmarked. Can't wait to see this one unfold - as I'm a hardcore sim-racer as well as a case-modder.

Lovely stuff. Keep up the good work.

    Thanks guys! ;)

    Adjustment levers of the support.

Another small update. The two levers of the support in raw aluminum 10mm thickness, two important parts of the manual adjustment system.

Some images about the cutting of the aluminum flat with band saw (Aluminium type AC100 70x10mm)

I really wish you would show us the working diagrams or mockups or ideas, but on the other hand, i am so glad you have not, makes each update confusing yet interesting!

Love the fabrication work, so tidy. Wanted to have a go at doing something like this for a while and now i can never match your quality!

No please don't, I need to be able to drool after each update :D

Nice job there man, I saw your previous mod, which was a boundry breaking mod if I may say so myself. I hope you will be able to show your craftsmanship in this new mod too, but I have no doubt you will.

Keep it up, you are one of a kind (in a good way ;))

I'm not exactly sure what it is but it looks very professional so far. Also how much does a peice of aluminium that thickness cost per meter or whatever measurement it comes in?
