I have a blind diabetic 8 yr. old Black Lab that we share a special moment every day 5PM. to do the insulin shot.

Blind as a door knob, walks into everything, still wants to be bed hog.

Life is precious. Revere it while we can.

Thank you. Twice I have been quoted. I hope Nexxo or 'He Who Must Not Be Named' never notice.

My Lab is called Lady Grand. She was free. I had just returned from burying my Mother. Lady( original name Bonnie. as we got 2 Bonnie and Clyde) both developed Parvo Virus and were terminal. Couldn't save Clyde but we spent $1000 to save the female. Changed her name to Lady Grand.
No more death - fix her!

My mother's cat a Ragdoll was wasting away, after numerous trips to the vet, he was diagnosed as having hyperthyroidism. The vet presribed the requiste medication, but he was still as interesetd in food as a supermodel at a lard convention. I noticed that the kitty (12 years old), was seemingly masticating nothing but air. The feline went back to the vets, who found an infected tooth on the xray. An operation later, and the cat is back to his old self. Where there is hope, there is humanity.

    1) That number is freely available on the Charter site.

    2) Being rude to customer service reps is not big or clever. 99% of the time you are dealing with someone who is not to blame for the problem you are having, and especially in companies like Charter which have a lot of problems, CSRs have a ****ing hard job.

    3) I enjoyed you boasting about your IQ being higher than that of the CSR you spoke to in the same breath as using the word "insuperior" - it's not a word, buddy. ;)

My policy with CSRs is be nice to them and they will be nice back. It's done me proud so far.

an = a, e, i, o, u , you only use it with those vowels. I bet Dutch grammar is much harder, do you guys use neutral genders, like in German?

    Ta. :)

Well... it's not as simple as that, you DO use "an" before words beginning with "h" when the h is silent, for example "an hour". By the same token you don't always use "an" before words beginning with vowels (e.g. "a University"). :D

I'm not a grammar Nazi, but if you will insist on being one yourself be prepared to be nitpicked. ;)

No we just use an if it directly followed by a vowel if that's what your thinking. It would be "an angry cat" or whatever.
