Not too happy with how the white balance turned out in the third shot, but anyway. I tried fixing it a bit in ps but I wasn't getting the result i was looking for so there ya go.

    CC welcomed.

That was my first question as well

I'm also intrigued by the first picture. Are those solar water heaters?

As geeky as this sounds, that was my first question.

Yep, they're solar water heaters. Almost every house/flat has one on the roof in Greece. Provides hot water for pretty much 10 months of the year. Newer blocks of flats share one or two beastly units, which looks a lot nicer than the ridiculous forest of units you see on older buildings.

Nice pics btw! Where was this? Close to Athens?

Gorgeous shots. Love the framing in 1. as the coastline leads you up to the smoke and fire. Stunning silhouette in 2.

    Are these with the 24-70?

    Yup all in Athens.

    Yeah.

    Yup.

If anyone feels like seeing where the shots were taken from, google earth coordinates are

    Latitude; 37°44'29.71"N
    Longitude; 23°54'24.19"E

Haha no way, that's right near where my parents live! They have a flat in Varkiza. I thought the geography and that coastal road looked familiar!

Dispite what you said I enjoyed the background of the third shot, and second one looks nice too, the first was with a broken link.
