I went by a very simple rule. Everything had to alternate between white and orange, so when the case was white, everything else had to be orange of course :D

thanks for all the praise guys :)

I am thinking of a radical new design for a WC reservoir, even though I have NO parts for the computer yet, and I am probably not gonna get any, but who cares :D

Looks good, wondering though why so many don't apply any filler when they sand down to bare metal?

I didnt have any filler, and this project was not meant to be very serious. If I get my summer job (crossing fingers), I will sand it down again, and probably pay an autoshop to have it painted right.

But ATM, I dont wan't to dig into my savings to get this done. I have my eyes on a 50" plasma too, and that is NOT cheap when I want 1080p and Mpeg 4 tuner :s

I was dubious at first, but white and orange (I'm a black/orange fan) is growing on me.

Looking forward to seeing it finished!

I had 2 blue and one I could easily mod blue lying around, so no point in going for orange fans.. This had to be a low cost build

got it. its a pity, xigmatek fans have awesome orange blades and white leds, they are good fans too, and dont cost too much. But i understand you, i'm in the same situation as yours :thumb:

I am thinking of buying some orange LEDs and simply swithching the LEDs in the fans. I have looked at it, and it should be possible. Even with my limited soldering skills.

yep thats possible for sure, and its not that difficult to do. maybe 2 orange and 2 white leds per fan? you could customize it.

I used grit 180, and a powersander. And then I used grit 800 wet.
