    Wow, that's awesome. Good Job!

Shame about it being a bookshelf mantlepeice - if it needs a new home I could prolly recommend one 8)

A beautiful casemod, and indeed a pity it merely sits on a bookshelf. That'd be pride of place as the media machine in my home.

WHOA! Looks well cool, but, WHAT IS IT?! xD

Such a masterpiece shouldn't be on top of a bookshelf, take it down!

I really don't mean to insult but why oh why did you put cut outs for the USB and audio ports on the front? It completely ruins the sleek look. Otherwise superb.

I agree with your point of the usb ports on the front but I would have left the audio ports out and changed the firewire to a esata port. Not only do the usb ports make it functional but defines the design as a homage rather then an imitation of the original radio design. Now go repo it from your wife and put it to good use ;)

I'm not a fan of veneers, I'm positive that it would've looked cooler with a brushed alu look. Great speakers though!

I watched this mod from start to finish and have to say that it is the best replication scratch build I have ever seen. Absolutely outstanding work, I love it.

Love this mod, and the rest of your work as well. Slipperyskip.com is full of wonderful photo's documenting your other detail oriented woodworkings, and definately worth checking out.

I still think the story behind the Decomatic HTPC makes it a cooler build overall. :naughty:

Sorry, just thought I'd get that out there.
